〰️ What Makes GoodGood Different
At GoodGood Yoga, we’re not about quick fixes or surface-level wellness.
We’re about deep, intelligent movement — from yoga to Pilates, Barre to Sculpt — taught by expert instructors in an elevated, infrared-heated space that feels both energising and calming. Our community is intimate, inclusive, and wildly supportive — because we believe that feeling good is personal, but it’s also collective.
Here’s what sets us apart:
Infrared heat – a therapeutic warmth that supports detoxification, circulation and lymphatic health
Fitness-first formats – built to challenge you intelligently and restore your energy
Real community – no cliques, no fluff — just a space to move, sweat and connect
Small class sizes – up to 15 mats per class, with personalised attention
Lymphatic-focused classes – unique to GoodGood, to support detox, energy and recovery
Prenatal and postnatal programming – that evolves with you
〰️ GoodGood FAQs
-
We offer a curated blend of intelligent, infrared-heated movement — including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, and Lymphatic-focused formats. Each class is designed to help you build strength, mobility, and resilience — while supporting energy, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
-
Not at all. Whether you're brand new or returning to movement after time away, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Our instructors offer thoughtful guidance and modifications throughout — no experience (or flexibility) required.
-
Infrared heat is a therapeutic, radiant heat that warms the body directly rather than heating the air. It supports detoxification, improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps ease muscle recovery. It feels like sunshine — not a sauna.
-
Our classes are warm, not hot. Temperatures vary depending on the class — our restorative classes are set around 20-25°C whilst more intensely heated sculpt classes can get up to 30°C. However, our studio space has loads of circulation - windows and doors and the instructors will monitor the temperature throughout class to make sure the heat is supportive not disruptive.
-
Just yourself and comfortable activewear. Mats, blocks, weights, and all equipment are provided — though you’re welcome to bring your own. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a small towel for sweatier sessions.
-
Our classes are intentionally intimate — capped at 15 mats. This allows for personal attention, space to breathe, and a sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere.
-
All three are dynamic, music-led classes designed to get your heart rate into Zone 2 (or higher) while building full-body strength.
Yoga Sculpt blends yoga flow with hand weights and bursts of cardio.
Pilates Sculpt uses Pilates-based core work, resistance bands, and mat work to challenge stability and control.
Barre Sculpt combines ballet-inspired sequences with deep muscle toning and athletic conditioning.
-
Yes. We offer prenatal classes, as well as Mum & Baby formats and postnatal-specific Pilates and lymphatic recovery sessions. All designed with your evolving body in mind.
-
Our signature lymphatic classes support the body's natural detox systems through intentional movement, breathwork, and lymphatic massage-inspired techniques. These sessions help reduce bloating, boost circulation, and regulate your nervous system — especially powerful for those navigating stress, hormone shifts, or inflammation.
-
You’re welcome to do either. We offer drop-ins, class packs, and monthly memberships depending on how often you’d like to come. New to GoodGood? Start with one of our intro offers to explore the space and find your flow.
