Honouring the vibrancy of our Scorpio moon in May we are invited to pause, reflect, and set intentions that align with our authentic selves. The Scorpio Moon (Flower Moon) symbolises rebirth, transformation, and the blooming of potential, reflecting the season's abundance of flowers and the growth that comes with spring. This workshop, led by Sophie Kidd, offers a sacred space to connect with the lunar energy, fostering clarity and renewal.
The session will commence with a guided meditation, encouraging you to explore the dualities within and embrace the fluidity of thought. Through a gentle yoga flow, we'll harmonise movement and breath, cultivating a sense of balance and openness.
