Join us for an immersive Full Moon celebration—a 1hr 45 min journey designed to help you reflect, release, and realign through the sacred combination of cacao ceremony, heart-opening yoga, breathwork, and joyful movement. Whether you’re new to cacao or already familiar with its effects, this warm, grounded experience is a chance to tap into clarity, connect with community, and harness the powerful energy of the June Full Moon.

About the Instructor - Sophie Kidd

Sophie’s classes are soulful, expansive, and quietly powerful. Expect intention-led flows, grounding breathwork, and moments of stillness that leave you feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

Trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Breathwork, Sophie holds space with warmth and depth, drawing from her own journey through movement, meditation, and self-inquiry. Her teaching is intuitive and heart-led—offering both structure and softness, always with the invitation to come home to yourself.
