Grounded in Gratitude: A Flow into Stillness
Saturday, 7 June | 2-3:30 pm | GoodGood Yoga, Balham
Gratitude is more than a feeling—it’s a practice that roots us in the present and opens the door to growth, clarity, and joy.
Join Indi for a 90-minute workshop designed to cultivate presence, shift perspective, and gently strengthen both body and mind. We’ll begin with a guided gratitude meditation and intention-setting ritual, designed to calm the nervous system and invite in a sense of spaciousness. From there, you’ll move through a steady, energising flow that melts into grounding yin and restorative postures—each paired with optional affirmations to support a more compassionate, expansive inner dialogue.
This practice invites you to reconnect with yourself, release stagnant energy, and step into a more empowered, open-hearted mindset.
Benefits include:
〰️ Nervous system regulation through breath-led movement and meditation
〰️ A shift from stress to appreciation—fostering a growth-oriented mindset
〰️ Physical release through strength-building flow and deep passive stretches
〰️ Grounding affirmations to cultivate inner calm and clarity
〰️ A chance to set meaningful intentions and reconnect with what matters most
This workshop is open to all levels—no experience needed, just an open heart.
Leave feeling lighter, more rooted, and empowered to meet your next chapter with gratitude.
