  • A gentle vinyasa experience bathed in red light therapy

    Glow Flow is a nourishing vinyasa sequence designed to restore, reset, and recharge—set entirely within our intimate red light therapy room. Expect mindful movement, a calming rhythm, and a warm, radiant glow that works on your skin and your nervous system at the same time.

  • A welcoming class for those new to yoga, focusing on foundational postures, breathwork, and alignment. Set at 25°C for 50 minutes, this class builds confidence and strength at a steady, accessible pace.

  • Take a pause. This reset blends grounding stretches with a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation—all in the soft red glow of our infrared-lit Snug. Designed for deep release and nervous system repair, this semi-private class is a quiet sanctuary from the pace of the day.

    Perfect for: Anyone in need of a nervous system reboot, a desk detox, or just a moment of calm.

  • Where vinyasa meets power. This energising, music-driven flow blends dynamic yoga sequencing with targeted sculpting using hand and ankle weights. Includes bursts of high-intensity cardio.

    Build lean muscle, boost endurance, ignite metabolism, and improve mobility.

    25–30°C — gently warms the body to support detoxification, improve circulation, increase flexibility, and accelerate recovery.

  • Slow burn, full-body toning. Traditional mat Pilates meets dynamic sculpting using props and music.

    The Focus:
    Strengthen and lengthen through core-focused sequences using rings, bands, balls, and light weights.

    Infrared Heat:
    25–30°C — enhances blood flow, detox, and flexibility while you move with precision.

    This is more than just facial massage—it’s deep relaxation, circulation, and clarity in one session. Each month, we refine techniques to sculpt, drain, and restore, helping you feel as good as you look.

  • Grounded, nurturing, and calm. This intimate class is held in our snug and tailored to pregnancy.

    The Focus:

    Move gently to ease pregnancy symptoms, improve circulation, and prepare the body for labour.

    Heat:

    No infrared heat — temperature is kept safe and comfortable for pregnancy.

  • Connected, playful, and calming. Move and breathe alongside your baby — fussy, non-crawling babies welcome.

    The Focus: Support your postnatal recovery while creating space for bonding and community.

  • Restorative meets strong. A supportive Pilates-based class for postnatal recovery and core rebuild.
