Our Story
We’re on a mission to make you feel good on and off the mat.
Movement has always been my language. From playing semi-professional soccer in the NCAA to training alongside Olympic athletes, my world was built on discipline, strength, and community. I was lucky to grow up surrounded by practitioners and healers who believed in advancing what wellness could be.
Yoga came into my life as recovery — tendonitis led me to my first hot class, and I never left. Two decades later, after training to teach and becoming a mother, I knew it was time to build the space I’d always been searching for: a place where fitness and healing, sweat and stillness, could truly coexist.
GoodGood opened its doors in South London in December 2024. Modern, infrared-warmed, and community-driven, it’s more than yoga and Pilates. It’s a multidisciplinary home for movement, strength, and self-healing rituals — from lymphatic flow and breathwork to facial sculpting and acupuncture.
Come for the burn. Stay for the release. Leave with tools that carry you into everyday life — and a community that moves and grows with you.
