A Refined Ritual of Movement, Connection & Recovery

At GoodGood Yoga, we believe movement should feel good—in your body, and in your life. GoodGood Run Club brings that philosophy to the streets, offering a weekly running ritual that’s grounded in community and accessible to all levels.

Whether you're new to running or deep into your training cycle, this is a space to move without pressure. No competitive pace. No expectation. Just the simple joy of putting one foot in front of the other—together.

What to Expect

  • A free, community run led by a GoodGood instructor

  • Designed for all experience levels—from first-timers to marathoners

  • Begins and ends at our Balham studio

  • Thoughtfully curated post-run refreshments

  • Optional yoga sessions designed specifically for runners

Upcoming Run + Yoga Flow Dates

On select Saturdays, our run concludes with a Yoga for Runners Flow—a purposeful, intelligently sequenced class to support strength, recovery and mobility.

Led by instructor Ellen Humphries, these extended sessions are ideal for deepening your practice both on and off the mat.
