Built to Run: A Yoga Workshop for Runners

Whether you're training for a Marathon or simply chasing that post-run high, your body deserves support beyond the pavement.

Join us for a targeted workshop designed to complement your running routine with strength, mobility, and deep recovery. Led by Ellen Humphries, an experienced instructor and runner, this 90-minute session blends functional movement with deep release—focusing on the muscle groups runners rely on most.

Through a curated sequence of strength-building postures, mobility drills, and restorative flows, we’ll work through:

〰️ Core, glute, and hamstring activation to improve posture and prevent injury
〰️ Hip flexor and lower back release for greater flexibility and fluidity
〰️ Ankle and knee stability work to build resilience from the ground up
〰️ Breath-led recovery flow to soothe the nervous system and support endurance

This workshop is for runners of all levels—from weekend joggers to seasoned athletes—looking to improve performance, reduce tightness, and move with more ease.

Expect to leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and deeply recovered—on every level.
