An afternoon to flip the script—on your practice, your perspective, and your nervous system. Join Cally and Hannah for a 3-hour journey that blends slow, strength-building movement with deep rest and ritual. We’ll move through energising inversions, settle into grounded yin, and close with sound and intention to restore the whole system.

This workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are—no inversion experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Part 1: Energising Flow + Inversions with Cally [120 mins]

We’ll begin with a juicy, mobility-focused flow to warm the body and prep the nervous system. Then we shift into Cally’s signature inversion workshop—breaking down everything from crow to headstand with options for total beginners and more advanced practitioners alike. Play, explore, and build confidence upside down.

Part 2: Intention, Yin + Sound with Hannah [60 mins]

We’ll soften everything down with a grounding yin sequence, designed to release deep tension and create space for integration. Expect long holds, gentle breathwork, and the therapeutic resonance of sound bowls, chimes, and stillness. We’ll close with a guided intention-setting ritual to carry the clarity of your practice off the mat.

Hannah Travis

Hannah holds space for stillness in a world that rarely slows down. A gifted yin teacher and sound healer, her classes are immersive journeys into deep rest, resonance, and release. With a background in the performing arts and a presence that invites you to soften, she brings together breath, vibration, and intention to create healing waves for peaceful souls.

Expect long, supported holds, therapeutic soundscapes, and a calm, grounded energy that lingers long after class ends. Based in Kew Gardens, Hannah also leads sound ceremonies and teaches performing arts with the same quiet magic she brings to every mat.
