In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll start by waking up the body through full-body self-massage, helping to clear stagnation, boost circulation, and bring you back into contact with your tissues. From there, we’ll drop into breath-led awareness and gentle nervous system work to help your system regulate and restore.

You’ll also experience Social Acupuncture, a powerful group practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine — with a focus on gut health and emotional release. Together, we’ll stimulate REN-12 (the gateway of digestion and self-trust) to support a deep internal shift.

It’s not just about letting go of what’s stuck. It’s about re-directing your energy toward something that serves you.

Expect a bit of fun, a bit of fire, and lots of release.
