Glow + Flow: A Full Body Lymphatic Workshop

  • GoodGood Yoga 5A Boundaries Road London, England, SW12 8ET United Kingdom (map)

Two hours with Carli (@lymphlover) dedicated to helping you feel lighter, look brighter, and restore your body’s natural flow.

Your lymphatic system is your body’s built-in detox network. When it’s moving well, you feel clearer, less puffy, and more energised. When it’s sluggish, you might notice dull skin, bloating, or that “heavy” feeling in your body.

This workshop is designed to reset that flow — so you leave feeling renewed from the inside out.

You’ll learn how to:

〰 Reduce puffiness + water retention

〰 Brighten and smooth skin tone

〰 Relieve heaviness in the body

〰 Boost energy and mental clarity

〰 Support your immune system and natural detox processes

We’ll begin with gentle, hands-on techniques for the neck and face to release puffiness, lift and tone the skin, and ease sinus congestion. From there, we’ll move through the whole body with a blend of self-massage, rhythmic brushing, breathwork, and targeted stretches — all designed to encourage lymphatic flow, improve circulation, and leave you feeling light and clear.

You’ll leave with simple, repeatable techniques you can use daily to keep your lymphatic system flowing long after the workshop ends. Expect a body that feels unburdened, a mind refreshed, and that “just had a facial” glow from head to toe.

If you’d like to go deeper, Carli also offers 1:1 sessions (by enquiry) and a 6-week online course to continue your learning at home.

About Carli Wheatley

Carli is the creator of Gate + Ground™, a signature method that blends the precision of acupuncture with the stillness of meditation to bring the body and mind back into harmony. This gentle yet transformative approach clears physical blockages, dissolves emotional heaviness, and reawakens innate vitality.

Known as @lymphlover, Carli is recognised for reviving the lost art of palpation and showing people how to self-drain, self-massage, and reconnect with their own healing hands. For her, the lymphatic system is the foundation of everything — the first place to look if something feels “off” and the most important daily act of self-care.

Carli believes in accessibility and community over exclusivity. Instead of focusing on treatments, she leads classes and workshops that empower people to care for themselves — to restore health, rebalance weight, steady the mind, and step into self-enquiry and self-healing. Each session is both practical and poetic: an invitation to feel lighter, clearer, and more deeply attuned to your own flow.
