Everyday Alchemy: Embodied Tools for Modern Leaders
A mini retreat with Carli Wheatley & Louise Lewis
Saturday, 15 November | 2–6pm | £99
What if wellbeing wasn’t something you escaped to find, but something you could live, breathe, and embody every day? No matter how busy the schedule or demanding the clients.
Join Carli and Louise for a half-day immersion in everyday alchemy: a practical and transformative blend of ancient tools and modern insight to help you move through work & life with clarity, balance, and calm strength.
You’ll leave calm, clear, and replenished with embodied practices you can return to daily, wherever you lead and live. Keeping you at the top of your game, no matter what life throws at you.
What to expect:
Carli will open the session with a guided self-massage ritual to awaken lymph flow, soften the jaw, chest, and belly, and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm.
Louise, an award-winning coach and international speaker known for blending science, somatic awareness, and Eastern wisdom, will then guide you through accessible tools for sustainable wellbeing: nervous system, breathwork, meditation, and simple mindset shifts designed to fit into real life.
To ground the experience, Carli will place a single acupuncture point to clear and anchor energy before closing with guided rest, sound, and tea.
Who it’s for:
Founders, creatives, carers, and leaders of all kinds
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing, water, and an optional small oil
About Carli Wheatley
Carli is the creator of Gate + Ground™, a signature method that blends the precision of acupuncture with the stillness of meditation to bring the body and mind back into harmony. This gentle yet transformative approach clears physical blockages, dissolves emotional heaviness, and reawakens innate vitality.
Known as @lymphlover, Carli is recognised for reviving the lost art of palpation and showing people how to self-drain, self-massage, and reconnect with their own healing hands. For her, the lymphatic system is the foundation of everything — the first place to look if something feels “off” and the most important daily act of self-care.
Carli believes in accessibility and community over exclusivity. Instead of focusing on treatments, she leads classes and workshops that empower people to care for themselves — to restore health, rebalance weight, steady the mind, and step into self-enquiry and self-healing. Each session is both practical and poetic: an invitation to feel lighter, clearer, and more deeply attuned to your own flow.
