Six Months of GoodGood
Reflections on community, timing, and everything that’s grown so far.
It’s been six months since GoodGood Yoga opened its doors. In many ways, it feels like we’ve been here forever. In others, it still feels like the beginning — full of possibility, experimentation, and quiet momentum.
When we started building the studio, I had just found out I was expecting. The timing felt intense — launching a business while preparing for a new baby, with a toddler already at home, was not exactly part of the plan.
And to be completely honest, if I hadn’t already committed — and engaged so many of the incredible instructors who now teach at the studio — I may have backed out. I might have let the timing, the uncertainty, or the fear talk me out of it. But I had said yes. And these instructors had said yes to me. So I kept going.
The past six months have been full. Full of growth, grit, joy, and a thousand small wins that only we as a team truly see. We’ve refined our rhythm, built a powerful collective of teachers, and welcomed a community that continues to shape and elevate this space in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
As I step into a short maternity leave, I do so with full trust in the team holding it all. The studio is in such good hands — grounded, capable, and completely committed. I’m endlessly grateful to our instructors, who lead with presence and care in every class, and to each of you who’s practiced with us — whether once or a hundred times.
GoodGood was never just about movement. It was about connection — to your body, your breath, your strength, and the people around you.
Thank you for making this studio what it is. We love practicing with you. And the best, truly, is still to come.
With love,
Jenna
